The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards are back for another year with a long shortlist of 214 finalists selected across 32 categories and from over 70 countries, 15 of which are proudly Australian.
They range from a a bright nightclub that lived a former life as a car park, to a light-filled café nestled under the belly of an Elenberg Fraser apartment in Melbourne.

Now in its seventh year, the program is the only awards in the world dedicated to the design of food and beverage spaces. This year’s jury include Tony Chambers, Editor in Chief of Wallpaper, Alberto Alessi, Marcus Wareing and Thomas Heatherwick.
