Fitzroy House:
Built behind the heritage of a landmark property in Melbourne’s Fitzroy, this project restores the original front while adding a rear addition with three levels of new living space. Conceptually, the design deals with the intersection of the old and the new through differing modes of visual connection and threshold.
Located in the bay-side suburb in Brighton, Melbourne Australia this existing 2 story art deco home was refurbished with a new addition to the rear of the dwelling to include a large open plan living area.

Grill Flinders Lane:
Technè Architecture + Interior Design explored a range of different ideas for the restaurant design, taking it to a new direction never before seen at Grill’d. Spanning over two levels, the architects designed bespoke mild steel and timber stairs, dark oak flooring and concrete pendant lights over the servery area. On the top floor, a tiled terrazzo bar-top with half round Victorian Ash timber cladding helps enhance the unconventional vibe of the restaurant.
Prahran Hotel II:
Technē Architecture + Interior Design transformed a tired pub into a lively Melbourne hub that’s barrels of fun with an all-important beer garden.
