This California home designed by Barbara Berry is a neutral-lover’s dream, but the kitchen is especially jaw-dropping. Also, I’m totally drooling over that carb-heavy brunch spread.

2. 19th Century Meets Modern
This 1896 Victorian, the kitchen situates a vintage stove and weathered barn Wood Island with cantilevered metal shelves and a chandelier made of 85 bulbs. The juxtaposition of old and new is mesmerizing. Open shelves, reclaimed wood, and restored stove make the kitchen of our dreams.

This “jewel-box” library take big risks (and earns big rewards) with colour-saturated woodwork, a surprising tented ceiling, and a matching velvet sectional. This is the best spot to curl up with a book.

High Point Market might be one of the biggest furniture events of the year, but these peonies stole the show. These stunners’ flowers is always colourful and brings colour to any room.
6. Indoors Out
This black-and-white patio (complete with cosy fireplace) was designed by HGTV’s Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who wanted it to look like inside furniture had been casually dragged outside. For me this space is nothing but glamour.
7. Sapphire Sofa
Actually, this cerulean sectional is the quietest feature in this Miles Redd-designed Manhattan apartment. Amazing blue couches decorated family room.

8. Friendly Patterns
Krista Ewart designed her Pacific Palisades house with kids and commotion in mind — and still achieved a conservative, polished look. Great idea! Having a kid-friendly space has never, ever looked so stylish.

This Lake Michigan house, designed by Alexander Bogaerts and painted a bright Citadel Blue, matches the clear blue sky above it. Just a dream house.
